Interview
I was referred by one of my collegues who had scored a position there(not joined yet). 2 technical rounds of about 15-20mins each. The only positive thing was the time period of each interview.
One advice to the hiring committee, you're job is not just to interview the candidate but make them comfortable as well. No one knows everything and if they say they don't know something, don't stare at them continuously for god's sake. Try to break the tension and if you think that the employee is not suitable, just tell them. Don't smile at them while staring them.
That moment itself i forgot everything, my technical expertise, java and even my address. I was a bad candidate but the interviewers made it much worse

First step is an OA, princple knowledge about java and 2 coding problem. Second is an OV, one coding problem(leetcode easy lv). Finally, onsite, 2 rounds (OO design and critical thinking problem).

Interview
1 technical round for 1.5 hours and then HR discussion. The interview process was very fast. Hospitality of treating a candidate was good. Both technical interviewer and HR were nice to me.
