      Aug 5, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Orlando, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OneBlood (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2015

      Interview

It was a easy, get to know you, personal type of interviewer done by the immediate manager of the business unit. No big deal, very easy intervieway process. And you do not have to be a "rocket scientist" to pass this interviewing process, if you don't get the job your lucky!!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The basic, corporate get to know you kind of questions. Mostly scripted.

      Donor Recruiter Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I applied in-person. I interviewed at OneBlood

      Interview

Interview process went so well, that they asked me to go to a blood drive 30 minutes away and watch the recruitment process. I spent an hour in the heat, helping to recruit blood donors. Bottom line, they didnt hire me. Not only that, but after sending 2 emails asking them to tell me if they made a decision, they were both ignored. I have no clue as to what went wrong. It was less $$ than I was used to making, but I loved the cause, and being away from a desk. Very rude and disrespectful. I wasnt even asking for a reason on why they didnt hire me...it was their prerogative..but, to simply let me know if a hiring decision had been made. Even if it were offered now, I wouldnt work for people like that
