Pretty straight forward, wasn't aware from the interview what would unfold. People present seemed honest and decent but quickly realised this was all for show. On meeting the next layer of management it was apparent that here was a complete lack of trust and respect for them, and subsequently they were banished to a client site - out of sight out of mind. No backbone to address that issue!
