If they are interested in having you, you will be sent an online test that consists of 50 questions and if you pass it, you will be invited for an interview with HR and to also take a similar test again at the office. If you are successful, you will be invited for the final stage, which consists of an assessment day at The Mailbox, in which you will need to jump through various hoops and afterwards you usually get the answer within a week.
