The entire process was awful. I had my first interview with the recruiter which she took 1.5 months to get back to me. Then I went through 5 rounds of interview, an unpaid tedious project, and several reference checks which they showed up late for multiple times….just not to get the job at end. I received the most generic rejection email from the recruiter. No call and not even an explanation as to why I didn’t get the job. Huge shame.

I got an email from a third party recruiter's assistant to set up a Teams call for a first interview. I scheduled it on her Calendly. Since it was a Teams interview, I assumed it was a video interview and my camera was on. The recruiter gets on the call and her camera was off the entire time, making the interview so awkward.
