Had an initial recruiter call and three interviews set up- technical interview, culture fit, and a final interview. Had the technical interview and a call with a director for culture fit. The next day came around and so was finally was supposed to have a call with a senior engineering manager. He started the call 10 min late and then got an emergency ping and had to drop. Fine. Then, I got a call from the recruiter saying I didn't pass the first technical interview and so no need to reschedule. Just left a bad taste in my mouth knowing that I was about to go into a pointless interview.

The whole procedure was pretty straight forward and the interviewers were really cooperative and motivating. Mainly they asked about the assignment

Interview
They have sent me several questions, all of them could be answered by my CV which they didn't read. I answered them immediately. After a week they got back to me to ask me to answer the questions, and I told them I have already answered. They invited me to an interview. The interviewer was 20 min late! They asked me questions about the features of the latest update to C#, which was irrelevant to the position. The product they develop is a legacy "black box", without documentation, failed to deliver with two different teams. The interview concluded well, they seemed happy. After all of this they gosted me.
