Interview
Interview process was very laid back. Was taking back when the manager had an unkempt beard and wearing a hoodie while I'm dressed in a suit. I wasn't asked the typical questions. He wanted to get to know me which I felt like he wanted to pry into personal life. Maybe dodged a bullet on this one.

In person interview not typical. Had 2 phone interviews and 1 in person. Did not get the position because someone had more tech experience even though I have over 15 years experience.
