Interview
Initially did phone interview then in person interview in their corporate headquarters. Then was hired and started job in mid November. After being there for a month the position was terminated.

Actually there wasn’t a whole lot the VP loved to talk about himself and never got to know you or your skill set.

Interview
Engineers will only interview with other engineers. Land personnel will interview with the V.P. and the geologist or a managing engineer will interview with the owner directly. The do not enjoy looking for new people so if you get the interview they almost always make an offer after the 2nd interview.
