I began by talking with the hiring manager and department manager on the phone, signing an NDA, and then learned as much as I could about the company's software product. Later in the process, I has an interview at the Denver, CO downtown office where I discussed the product with the department manager, had a cultural interview pertaining to the company's values and mission, and finally interviewed with the CEO.
