First was a phone interview with the Director of HR, Nick, to chat about my experience, Ombud, and the role. Then I had to complete an online assessment (approx. 30 mins) and was promptly invited to come on-site to meet with other members of the team. I met with 4 different interviewers who each gave me their unique perspective of the product and company which was really helpful. I was then invited to come on site again to do a small presentation related to my experience, followed by a Q&A. The final step was an in-person meeting with the CEO, Thad. We spent the first 30 minutes discussing my background/ experience and the final 30 minutes was my opportunity to ask questions and understand company goals. Overall it was a smooth and informative process and I really enjoyed each conversation.
