Phone call with Recruiter, then phone call with hiring manager (director level). She seemed inexperienced and was not sure what she was looking to hire. I asked her to tell me more about the team that she manages, and she seemed uninterested to even answer my questions.

It was a standard process: initial phone screening, conversation with hiring manager, interview with department member, hiring manager and a manager from another department, and finally, a presentation on job-related topics.
