Going thru the process now. Very thorough interviews. Meetings with several Partners. Be prepared to meet with 15-30 Partners over the course of the job hunt. Everyone was very nice, no ego and extremely smart and impressive

Interview
First interview with HR, then three partner interviews. Video interviews. Process moved along quicker than most partner interview processes but it was the usual experience for a minority. In the end they hired the white man and that was that. I found out via a friend. HR ghosted me. No word or reply to my emails after the last interview. Very unprofessional.

They asked about my experience selling and lots of culture questions to see if I would fit in. The partner group is not diverse so I can understand why they went there. Its not for everybody.
