Interview
After I applied, I got a link to undergo the quantitative test which needed a bit of practice. I passed the test and was told when my interview was. Before the interview, all the candidates from my university (AUB) that also got interviews were invited to dinner with the OW Dubai team. The team was very nice. I had two interviews, questions were not that difficult but stress levels were high.

Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
