I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Olive Garden Italian Restaurants (Portland, ME) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was face to face for about ten minutes. Short and sweet. But with my sister already employed as a bartender I had a connection at the location I applied which made my chances of securing a position better going into the interview. Essentially just wanted to get to know me as a person.

They didn’t ask many questions — just general ones like “When are you available?” etc.
