It was very informal. The manager at the time was very nice. We just chatted about beer and my experience in brewing. The manager made me aware of the tough situation at Old Abbey Ales. Namely that ownership was challenging to work with (the manager is now working at different brewery). I initially thought it was maybe too casual, but I appreciated him telling me in hindsight.
