Pretty appalling, recruiter reaches out, organises a call, only to leave me hanging, then tells me she is available later with little notice, only to spend 15 minutes on the phone saying she was too busy, then asked me for my availability over the next few days as she would organise a follow up with the hiring manager, sent the info and never heard from her again!
She wouldn't acknowledge the email I sent or reply to messages on LinkedIn any longer, not even to say that I was not a good fit and they decided to proceed with someone else... really unprofessional, I'm sure it's not a reflection on the company, but it has to damage the company's image as well as the person is representing Okta.
Unfortunately this seems to be standard recruiter's behaviour in Australia.
Recruiter, Hiring Manager, VP, Presentation Panel. Informational interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Then if selected, progress to a mock sales presentation with a panel of different directors and VPs.

screening meeting was great, met with hiring manager which was a dry meeting, very cliche questions with no understanding of what he was looking for, was told id be onto the next round and never returned back with info.
Too many interview rounds, overall good follow-up. 3 to 4 interviews plus a final panel interview including a use case. Feedback took too much time and it was not always clear.

Questions were targeted on industry and Okta company knowledge, next to sales approach. A use case was the final part of the interview process.
