Was interviewed by the campus director the college president and the lead instructor for the night instructor job. It was a relaxed interview with two people who did not know the HVAC field and the instructor who did. It was honeymoon phase so they were in full nice mode, while the college was clean and nice, interview was friendly, the lead instructor was a gregarious guy who later gave me the low down on the schools "real" culture. Should have been my first clue as to the pressure instructors are under to appease management.
