Interview
Very straight forward. They care that you will be able to be part of a team. Questions were probative and thoughtful but obviously avoided overly personal aspects of the candidate’s non work life.
Multiple interviews, all virtual, pretty laid back. I'm older so virtual interviews were new for me, but the process was smooth and there were not issues. The future seems to being going virtual so I'm assuming this is the new norm.
