I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Off the Grid (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online and they reached out to me via email to set up a phone call. During the phone interview, I talked about my experience, why I wanted this job, and why I thought I would fit well. I thought the interview was a success since THEY asked me to visit their office to meet the team but then ghosted me. I reached out to them twice via email and once via text but haven't heard anything in a month. I was excited to work with Off The Grid but oh well.

Interview
This was fast, first of all, I made a research online and found this position then I apply by LinkedIn. Andie was the first person to contact me she spoke about the position and about the company and she was clear and let me tell you about my experiences. Days later she contacts me to said I was past the first step. Then I had another interview with the head of the area, three days later they contact me to say I was past the whole process and was join the team. It was amazing!

Interview
Interviewed with 3 different people. Phone call then video. Very friendly and didn’t feel overwhelmed. Enjoyed the interview process. They went over the company and the different markets they do and the work they do with google and food trucks/creators/partners etc. I just wish I had asked more about the role and what it requires during coronavirus times. Felt like I ended up doing jobs not necessarily tied to being an Event Producer but it’s understandable considering the situation.
