Odysseus Arms interview questions

After applying online by email through seeing a posting on CL, I received a response back within two weeks. At the beginning, the interview process seemed very professional, and they were very responsive. I was immediately asked to come for an in person interview and bypass a phone screening due to their interest. Their website is very professional looking, and they seem very committed to what they do. However, their office is very small, and has a very small team dynamic. The employees seem a bit tired and possibly overworked. After what seemed a very successful interview, I was ghosted for weeks, and had to send multiple emails to check in before receiving a response. While at this point it was clear I was not hired, I find it unprofessional to keep people waiting when decisions have been made to move on to another candidate. It shows a lack of respect for those showing interest in being a part of your company, and does not send a good message about your brand.
