Standard Interview Process, first round of interview was with a recruiter, second round was with the manager. A fairly normal experience that just asked about your experience and ability to help a growing company.

Describe your ability to integrate new software into a department.
Just because there is a job listing and thry are requesting applicants doesnt mean they are actually hiring. The interview process was so convoluted. Its clear that management are all working at cross purposes. Even former director level employees advise to not work here.

Often they interviewer will choose to be off camera and ask arbitrary questions that do not relate to the job being applied for..
Good and easy, personable team and cool atmosphere. I liked the process. Asked of experience explained job job title and job description and standards of job. I have been in a similar role before
