Lengthy and unnecessary interview process. The assessment day was good and felt like the scoring was fair but the final interview seemed to be based on whether they liked me or not rather than a score.
I interviewed at Octopus Energy (Leicester, England)
Interview
Took about a month, from first interview to last stage. Was a draining experience as felt like a part time job in its self. Unfortunately didn’t get offered the job, wouldn’t have felt so bad if I didn’t get so far into the process. I understand they wanted the right candidate but to get to a stage 6 roughly of an interview process to say no felt disheartening.

I interviewed at Octopus Energy (Leicester, England)
Interview
Long interview process. Was done over a few different days. It was a good experience but I just thought it didn’t need to be so long winded considering the salary and job role. However seems like a great company to work for.
