Her assessment of my skills and experience were on target and decided to continue my interviews with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was very engaging and provided great perspective on the role, operating model, and expectations. Subsequent meetings/interviews with COO, Global Head of Strategy, Global Commercial Director and Client Delivery Lead were great opportunities to explore the Octopus Energy / Kraken Technology culture, growth, and operating model. Last interview with Global Director of Operations was a brilliant culture exploration and growth expectations setting. All meetings were engaging and positive experiences.
