I was able to shadow in my department to see if the job was a good fit for me. Interview was a smooth process! Offer was given in a reasonable time frame.
The phone interview was really helpful and the recruiter described all tasks that were expected, he also asked me to describe myself as a nurse in three words and two situational questions. The recruiter was very easy to talk to.
