I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oceanworks (Houston, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
All hiring was through a recruiter, they talked about my qualifications and they discussed salary with my permission. They also seemed to be interested in a senior rather than entry level. I also suggest you leave a thankyou card before you leave the building. They also rate how you treat the receptionist in front.
