I had a interview for a consultant positon. I had a introductory call followed by a formal interview with two employees. They seemed nice and asked a lot of questions. However, they never got back to me regarding next steps. I emailed them twice...but no response. Very unprofessional - really speaks a lot about their employee culture. Will not be applying here again.

Interview
It was a 20 minute video chat. Pretty standard introductory interview. The interviewer Outlined the next steps and was all around pleasant. However, they simply never communicated if I had moved on in the process or not. Even after a follow up email. Ghosting interview candidates really speaks volumes and shows a lack of integrity on their part.
