Ocado Group Interview Questions

Really friendly interview process, what you know about the company etc and a test at the end. Very straight forward interview process. Just need to make sure you do your research on the company.

Was a very good and easy process. It was done on zoom with others and a certain area one on one. Loved the process it was really good. I would highly recommend everyone was very nice and was helpful.

There were 7 questions being asked in the online video assessment, all of them are close to the practice questions that they sent you through email, though 1-2 questions are different. I have 90 secs to think and 2-3 minutes to record my answer. I can retake if I want to.

Video recording: 1.5 min prep, 3min recording. Can record 2 times in total. 7 questions in Tortola where the questions would be shown to you in advance in their email.

1hr 30 Presentation predicting the future of the business. Range of Competency based questions with two interviewers. Some situational responses required. Questions based on motivations and experience in leadership roles. 45 minutes further questioning.

Online as it was during the pandemic Very polite staff Good procedures and processes I enjoyed the interview with the staff and management. Helped me get a clear idea of the job and its responsibilities.

Very simply math test, easy for anyone to pass. Then one week of training which is long but also easy to pass as long as there is no language barrier.

One question was about the motivations behind joining a specific position at Ocado. The rest were about experiences and how they fit the role. The questions were very similar to the ones given in the email.

Process where they talk to you about the job description if you like what you hear they invite you to an induction and 2 day training and you start from there

I went through two tests. The first round is a writing test. It's a case with several numbers, and you'll show you analysis process and answer the questions. The second round is an interview: 3 interviewers with 1 interviewee.
