Interview
The interview process was very smooth from the start. Included an online assesment and then and then an in-person assessment centre which was very interactive and fun. The interview was a little stressfull but they try their hardest to make you feel very comfortable from the start of the day. The group task itself was very fun and unique so I'm sure everyone enjoys it very much. On the whole, very fun process and it is ran very smoothly by the HR and also the finance employees.
There are three parts at the assessment day. The first part is team work; the second part is presentation and the last part is one to one interview. Every candidate has different order of these tasks.
Online tests, followed by a competency based phone interview. Found out about a week later that I had been invited to the assessment centre. On the day there was a group task, an excel test, interview and a pre-prepared presentation.
