I applied online. I interviewed at Observe.AI (Bengaluru) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter soon after applying on LinkedIn. During the initial screening, I clearly stated my 60-day notice period, and it was accepted at the time.
I then went through multiple rounds, including a technical assessment and two in-person interviews with senior leadership. Only in the final round was I told they were looking for someone who could join immediately—something that could and should have been clarified at the start.
After being told they would update me on next steps, I was completely ghosted despite follow-ups.
This process felt like a complete waste of time. Basic transparency and the courtesy to close the loop with candidates shouldn’t be this difficult.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Observe.AI (Bengaluru) in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview went well. One coding round in which he gives some speech based task to solve. Next is Machine Learning Round. In this round, he test how deep you think about some ML algorithms. Also he asks about projects in your Resume. Last is HR round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
He gave me some sound classification task and asked me to solve.
I didn't feel like the process was clear, and I wasn't sure what they were actually looking for at the end. The description for the job role was clear, but it wasn't aligning with some of the questions.
