Object Systems International interview questions

It was two steps interview, the first - with the two team members and the second with the local manager. Technical tasks were not included in the process, just a conversation about my experience.

Had a great long talk with HR, however, the country manager was late 30 minutes for the actual interview. He then stormed in and started shooting random questions while I got the impression that he hadn't even bothered to have read my CV. To top that, while we were talking he responded to something that I said with - "b.s", "b.s, b.s, b.s" - 4 times in total. I have absolutely no explanation about what kind of manners drive that kind arrogant behavior, it's definitely not something that I look for in a company or the people that I work with.
