applied through an employee referral. They contacted me after a couple of days to schedule a telephone interview, interviewer was very friendly and asked a mix of fit and technical questions. They contacted me after about 2 weeks and informed that I didn't get the job mainly due to lack of experience.

Interview
First had an Intro call with recruiter 30 min Coffee chat with associate on the team. He gave me a heads up on what the next interview would consist of heard back next day and was scheduled for a 30 min technical interview
First round phone interview, followed by 5 person super day (beginning with senior team). Overall process was very deal-focused, with each interview involving at least one transaction overview. Behavioral questions as standard - but generally favoring anecdotal experience from the most recent position.
