Past experience, why I wanted to join Oaklin, what were my career / consulting goals and ambitions. The case study was based on a email from a CEO / CIO looking for advise about a problem.

Interview
First I directly talked with their HR and it was smooth process. My first interview with was a partner, he was very easy to talk but the second partner interview was not that much. After second interview they told me I was not successful. I would like to hear more detailed feedback from them.
