Easy process. I applied and a day later received an email invite for a zoom interview. Interview asked basic questions like who I am, why I want to work there and my communication style.

It felt super welcoming and very easy. You have to have a strong interest in fashion to really do well since the questions mostly see how you will handle things and show your interest
very simple, asks mostly about availability and how you would interact with customers. (This is for the summer ware house sale) You'll know you get an offer if they hire you on the spot. Soon after, an email is sent out about shifts.
