I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
The recruiter phoned me to do a screening and at the end, informed me I would be brought in for in-person interviews. I met with a variety of managers and leaders, all in a one-to-one setting. The interviews were conversational and led me to a greater understanding of the mission and vision of Oak Street Health. After a few weeks time I checked in and kept on the radar...and eventually was offered the position. It was a positive interview experience and the recruiting and HR staff, as well as the team of interviewers, were professional and poised. They inspired me to want to work at Oak Street Health!

Question 1
In addition to questions about my skills and experience, I was also asked to speak about one of Oak Street's values and why it resonated with me.
Case + behavioral interview with an excel case that was very doable with some advance prep. Would suggest spending some time brushing up before the interview. Behavioral is standard questions
Four interviews with various levels of management. Remote. Not particularly difficult. Good variety of expertise and history shared by leaders and about the company. Clearly a passion for making this new corporation work.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Five rounds and four months with limited communication from anyone on timeline or feedback. Clearly unorganized and scrambling to feel like a legitimate business and justify their growth. When you speak with the non-HR folks, you feel like the business is interesting and would be fulfilling, but the HR process is a disaster.
