OZiva interview questions

Good. Very responsive HRs. Had an HR round, an assignment round and then an interview with the team lead. I applied via an internship/ job portal. The process was about 10 to 15 days long and the onboarding and all was pretty smooth. With not only teammates but seniors being helpful too. Overall, it was a good experience.

You're asked to create a launch plan which mostly includes social media calendar and other promotional ads on different channels. It's like an assignment and once you submit it, they ask questions based on it.
