Short and friendly interview process. No whiteboard code challenge is a plus. Asked technical questions over a Zoom call. 2 interview’s before offer. Nice and healthy process that considers the applicants time well.

Interview
Just a normal interview process: Screening interview with HR over phone, then with the technical lead and the project manager.
Finally a brief interview/ meeting with the Program Director, mostly personality questions.
