My experience interviewing with Oozou was bittersweet. They took forever to get back to me after the interviews and didn't give the feedback for rejection.
It started with a skype call with the founder and the CTO. After that I spoke to a couple of devs. This was more technical and involved some screensharing to show my current work / side projects. They sent me a 'take away home' test after that. It involved building a small app and they expected me to complete it in 3-4 hours. They were kind enough to offer me $100 to complete the assignment. Though, I rejected the money since joining the company was enough motivation for me.
It took them 2-3 weeks and a couple of emails from my side to get back with a generalised rejection email. No specific feedback was given. When you put so much time and energy in a process, the least you expect is a proper closure and some feedback. They could have been more professional.
