Overall the interview process is flawed. Inexperienced and fresh graduates trying to judge very narrow aspects of technology and not having enough depth to ask the right questions in the interviewing round. Best to avoid such a process.

Pair programming round. Interviewers were inexperienced freshers. There was a debugging problem statement, in spite of debugging it thoroughly from frontend and backend aspects and correctly getting to the root cause of the problem and explaining them, interviewers looked quite naive in asking the right questions.

Pretty straightforward: i was headhunted by an internal recruiter who first kept my profile on hold and then reached out to me several months later for an interview with the team. I had an initial chat with them where I was asked a few questions about business analysis and valuation techniques. It was simple and then I moved to the final round to close the offer
