The first role of an interview with one of the managers, casual and welcoming chat to know the candidate better. Interesting way of interview, the manager will note down the characteristics of the interviewee and submit a report for the management to shortlist candidates for the second interview. Never made it to the second interview as there were no responses 2 weeks after the first interview.
