OKT Polska interview questions

Simple proccess of interviews, one or two of them, usually with hr and manager, sometimes with director in addition. No case studies, tests, etc. It was in the hr office, then in marketing manager's office. Rather talk than an interview. They were looking at my cv and asking about experience and added some typical questions - strenghts, weaknesses, my future plans according to career and destination where i would like to live. Comapring to another interviews it was not structured that much, so reading about company at their www site and preparing yourself in a regular way would be enough.
