Interview process was around 4 -5 rounds. started off with a TA phone screen, then interviews with various levels of managers in HR team (including direct manager, HRBP, head of HR)
Total three rounds to meet with direct manager, then move to manager’s manager, then HR and discuss the next step. Overall it’s very quick and efficient interview process. Each round has about 30 mons

Interview
One of the worse candidate experience for a HR role in OKX. Didn't even bother to send a proper interview invite invitation via email and when I followed up for feedback and next steps, the recruitment team ghosted me twice. If you are doing recruitment for HR, please set an example of being a good recruiter.
