Had two interviews, one for an admin position I got shoved into. Not complaining, the interviewer was nice. And another which I'd originally applied for, which is the front desk position. I had gone there prepared and had notes, as well as questions to ask. Was super nervous but managed to calm my nerves. Interviewer for the receptionist position shook me to the core because he asked questions regarding ME; what type of person I am, and such. Simple questions, but it threw me off since I was unprepared. I feel I didn't get the job because I was nervous after that the entire time. Interviewers were polite and helpful.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OFFICENSE

They made you answer phones during the interview. You had to try to guess what to do without any knowledge of their software. They do not want to hire people with experience but expect you to be an expert on their equipment before you're hired.
