It was for an internship and easy. HR super nice and talked about company culture. Background was asked but no technical questions asked. THe company values cultural fit. Nice interview overall

Question 1
What is a challenging thing and how do you overcome?
Seems like they were more worried about what I can/can not do instead actually explaining what changes are needed in the company. Who knows, maybe I could have done better than they expected with my diverse background. Just cause you hire someone to do marketing doesn't mean they will always succeed. But with sales, marketing, and e-commerce background, it could have elevated my work. But nope.

Interview
I had the opportunity to undergo a direct interview with the UX design manager, and I must say that the experience was quite insightful. The interview itself was not overly arduous, but rather a thought-provoking conversation that allowed me to showcase my skills and discuss my approach to UX design. The manager posed thoughtful questions, giving me the chance to delve into my design process, problem-solving techniques, and past experiences.
