I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at OAI (San Jose, CA)
Interview
The interview was on a Monday and it was for a temp to perm position. The interview took no more than 30 minutes. The questions were very easy. The manager asked me to read a page from an MRP and also to read the dimensions off a drawing of a sheet metal part.
I received a call later that day to start that Thursday, 3 days later as a contractor.

Interview
Initial communication planning went well but they changed their mind often. I went in for 2 interviews and continued to wait for a decision. Initially, I had a meeting with production manager and her staff but she called me back for a 2nd panel interview. She wasn't sure so I offered a free trail of my skill set. Then I had to send additional samples to showcase my brand management skills and I had an interview with the CEO's job coach. I am still waiting to hear from them.
