You take a small test for eyesight and accuracy, if you pass that then you move on to a proper interview. You answer some basic interview questions and they will get back to you.

Interview
I applied online and they contacted me the next day. I came in for a very easy matching test then went up to HR to go over my resume. Then after that they called me and had to come in for an overview with my future supervisor and after that they called me again to come in for orientation.
