Interview process was fairly simple over all with just an in-person process, however, they make the interview itself way harder than it needs to be. Definitely wanted you to be on call 24/7 and made it sound like life or death. No job is that important and it leaves it open to abuse from management if they would refuse to hire enough people to maintain a facility.
