Professional but laid back interview. There were some standard "behavioral" questions, but it was more conversational. Make sure you talk about how you are a catalyst for change who actively seeks out ways to improve your processes. The issue I had with the position was the rotating shift. As it was described to me, you spend five days on day shift, two off, five on nights, one off, four on swing, two off then repeat the cycle. Although O-I is a great company and I keep up with their opportunities to see if one becomes available that better suits my needs.
