Question 1
How quickly can you join after I cleared all stages :D
I had an interview at NymCard. Overall, they were looking for a Lead, but it was clear that their processes were chaotic, with teams of around 20 people. The interviewers seemed reasonable, and there was a live coding session. A downside was that I didn’t receive any feedback. However, I found a much better company and project, so I have no regrets.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NymCard

Disappointed with Unclear and Frustrating Interview Process
A recruiter reached out about a position I expressed interest in. Upon inquiring about the interview process, I learned it involved three rounds, including a HackerRank test. While clarifying my preference not to participate in live coding interviews, I completed the HackerRank test promptly.
Afterward, I received a call for a technical interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer lacked in-depth technical knowledge, and communication stalled completely for a month. To my surprise, the next interview turned out to be a live coding session despite my earlier communication. Although I participated and believe I performed well, the interviewer demanded improved runtimes without offering concrete suggestions. When I asked for guidance, they claimed they weren't the ones interviewing perhaps he lacked knowledge of the solution.
Overall, the entire experience was unclear, and frustrating, and did not reflect a professional approach to candidate evaluation.
