Did screening call and then culture fit interview. They told me they would be scheduling the next stage, but then went radio silent for a week. After that they informed me they would not be continuing the interview process. I think with that delay it's unlikely due to previous interview performance, instead them keeping me as a backup incase existing offers were declined. Felt like I had my time wasted.
