Interview
Had an initial interview with two members of the HR team to learn more about the role and expectations which went well. Then I was given a task to present in the second interview. The technical round was somehow not well structured and you could tell the team does not have a healthy culture. There was literally zero diversity on the panel who interviewed me which was key driver for me to withdraw from the process. Also the salary range was very low and did not seem to match at all with expectations for this role.

It was a normal HR interview. A little bit tough one but there were typical HR questions like how do you handle strss etc.
After interview, HR sent me a mail asking for copy of my work permit. I sent it and then I received reply thay are moving with other candidate who is better match for this job profile.
Then why did they asked me for my work permit if they are not calling me for next round? I find it little bit weird and unusual.
Apart from that, it was normal interview.

Das Interview fand online statt. Zuerst wurde das Unternehmen vorgestellt. Im Anschluß wurden die Benefits genau erklärt. Klassisches Interview mit einer Person aus der Personalabteilung. Dann kam es noch zu einem Gespräch mit den Abteilungsmanager. Insgesamt sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima.
